Using this site. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Age. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or resale. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.

Shipping and risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the package. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns. Governed by our Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

Our intellectual property. The card lines, the deck, the packaging, the site copy, the Unsaid Blooms and Seeds names, and all associated designs are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a deck buys you the physical object and the right to use it personally, including handing cards to people. It does not give you the right to reproduce, reprint, resell, redistribute, or make derivative products from the lines or the designs, commercially or otherwise.

Sharing on social. Photographing your deck and posting it is welcome and encouraged. Reproducing the full set of lines is not.

Your conduct. Seeds is a product for approaching people. How you use it is your responsibility. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for how any card is used, how anyone responds, or anything that follows. Use judgment, respect the other person's answer, and follow the law.

No warranties. The site and products are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those that can't be disclaimed under applicable law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnity. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or products, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law. Missouri law governs, and disputes go to state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed.
